Solar Panel Installer
We are seeking skilled Solar Panel Installers to support the construction of solar parks. You will be responsible for mounting, securing, and connecting solar panels while following safety and quality standards. The role requires precision, teamwork, and a strong understanding of solar installation processes.

What You’ll Do

Install and Secure Solar Panels – Assemble and position solar panels onto ground-mounted or rooftop structures, ensuring proper alignment and securing components according to technical specifications.

Wiring & Electrical Connections – Assist electrical teams with basic wiring tasks, ensuring that panels are correctly connected to inverters and power grids.

Follow Safety Regulations – Adhere to workplace safety standards, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with industry best practices to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

Work in a Team Environment – Collaborate with electricians, site supervisors, and project managers to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.

Weatherproofing & Final Inspections – Ensure that panels are securely installed and weatherproofed to withstand various climate conditions. Perform final quality checks before project handover.
Who You are
-
Experienced in Solar or General Construction – Prior experience in solar panel installation, construction, or roofing is preferred.

Physically Fit & Comfortable Working Outdoors – Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.

Detail-Oriented & Technically Skilled – Comfortable using tools, reading blueprints, and following technical instructions.
